The MindsparQ instructor team, all PMI Authorized Training Partner instructors, brings over 45 years of real project and program work in waterfall, agile, security, and product management. With deep expertise in adult learning, behavior change, and outcome-based training evaluation, we deliver strong training outcomes and high client satisfaction.

Training a team?

For a group of project managers who need the PMP, MindsparQ sets up private cohorts around your schedule and goals, delivered through Bloomsburie as the Authorized Training Partner.

Is this course PMI-authorized?

Yes. It is delivered by Bloomsburie, a PMI Authorized Training Partner, using official PMI courseware.

Will I get my 35 contact hours?

Yes. Your contact hours and certificate of completion are issued through PMI's authorized system once you finish the course.

Who teaches, and how does the collaboration work?

Through our collaboration, your course is taught by a PMI ATP instructor drawn from our pool of instructors. Bloomsburie is the Authorized Training Partner that provides the training content, so your registration, official materials, certificate, and 35 contact hours all run through Bloomsburie.

Why isn't MindsparQ an ATP?

It is a strategic choice. A PMI Authorized Training Partner must teach PMI's authorized courseware, which means MindsparQ's own materials, including the PMP Exam Prep For Dummies book by our founder, Crystal Richards, could not be used inside an authorized course. Rather than set that work aside, MindsparQ stays independent and keeps its own approach free to use in its own programs. For the authorized course, MindsparQ partners with Bloomsburie, a PMI Authorized Training Partner, so you still get high-quality training with the 35 contact hours and certificate of completion that count.

Which is right for me, the boot camp, the self-paced course, or the self-study companion?

It comes down to two things: whether you still need your 35 hours of required education, and whether you want live instruction or prefer to work on your own.

Boot camp — live instruction plus your 35 hours. Best if you want a set schedule, real-time answers, and the accountability of a cohort while you earn the hours PMI requires.
Self-paced course — your 35 hours, on your own time. Best if you need the required hours but prefer to move at your own pace and budget, without live sessions.
Self-study companion — review and practice only, no 35 hours. Best if you already have your required hours and just want an affordable way to drill and review before exam day.
