PMP Exam Sprint
Two focused days to pass the PMP— before the exam changes.
On July 9, PMI moves to a new blueprint built on the PMBOK® Guide 8th Edition. If you’ve already put in the work, the smart move is to finish on the exam you prepared for. The Exam Sprint gets you ready and gets you across the line.
The credential doesn’t change.
The work to earn it does.
The exam you studied for
The current exam stays available until July 8, 2026. If your prep is built on what’s tested today, finishing now means none of that effort goes to waste.
A new blueprint
The updated exam reweights the domains and adds new testable content, including AI and sustainability. Different focus, different study path — even though the credential is identical.
Two ways in.
Same finish line.
You’re racing the change
You’ve studied. You know the material is in there. You just want a structured, final push and the confidence to schedule your exam before July 8.
- You’ve done foundational prep and want to consolidate it
- You keep second-guessing situational questions
- You want a clear plan for the last stretch, not more theory
You’re going back in
You sat the exam and came up short. That’s information, not a verdict — and you don’t need to start over. You need focus, a diagnosis, and a fast path to a retake before the format shifts.
- You want to know exactly what cost you points
- You need to retake before July 8 to stay on the current exam
- You’re ready to make attempt two the last one
WHAT’S INSIDE
Two days.
Nothing wasted.
Live instruction
Two full virtual days, taught in real time. Ask questions, work through reasoning, and get answers as you go.
Exam-style question drills
Practice the question types that actually trip people up — with the rationale behind every right and wrong answer.
Situational reasoning frameworks
A repeatable way to read “what would you do next” questions and choose between two answers that both look right.
A final-stretch study plan
Leave with a concrete plan for the days between the Sprint and your exam date — what to review, what to leave alone.
Exam-day strategy
Timing, pacing, the breaks, and how to keep your head when a question rattles you. Preparation that holds up under pressure.
A focused workbook
Materials you’ll actually use — practical tools and references, not a 300-page binder you’ll never open.
Two cohorts.
Both before the change.

Passed.
Not just prepped
I thought the content and presentation was engaging and fun. I wasn't bored during the class and I could easily retain the information.
Good pace, good practice and very helpful understanding of concepts. A lot of material to cover but covered in a way where it makes sense.
Very knowledgeable and skilled instructor, lots of time for questions/ discussions, opportunities for formative assessment.
Questions Worth Asking.
Is the credential different if I pass before July 9 versus after?
No. It’s the same globally recognized PMP either way. The certificate doesn’t note which version of the exam you took. What differs is the blueprint you study and sit — not the credential you earn.
It’s only two days. Is that really enough?
For the right person, yes. The Exam Sprint is intensive exam prep, not a from-scratch course. It’s built for candidates who’ve already completed their required training and done real studying, and who need focus, structure, and confidence for the final push. If you’re starting cold, this isn’t the right entry point — reach out and I’ll point you to the right starting place.
I failed the exam. Can I really be ready to retake in time?
Often, yes — especially since you’ve already experienced the exam. We diagnose what cost you points, drill those areas, and build a retake plan. The key is timing: to stay on the current exam, you’ll need to sit before July 8, so schedule your test seat as soon as you enroll.
Do I need my 35 contact hours before joining?
The Exam Sprint is exam preparation, not the initial qualifying training that PMI requires to apply. If you still need your 35 hours, get in touch before enrolling and we’ll make sure you start in the right place.
Is it live, and what do I need to attend?
It’s fully live and virtual — real-time teaching, not recordings. You’ll need a computer, a stable connection, and Zoom. No special tools, no awkward breakout-room theater. Just focused work.
What if I can’t get a test slot before July 8?
That’s exactly why we say book early. If your timeline ends up landing after the cutover, the June 13–14 cohort gives you the most room — and we’ll talk through your options honestly so you’re prepping for the exam you’ll actually sit.
